ISSUE

Spotting the short-term letting opportunities in the Irish market, Marcon Real Estate Services decided to transform their serviced apartments business division into an independent brand that addresses these new market demands. Adoor was founded with a passion for property and to provide a greater level of service, honesty, integrity and professionalism to the Dublin Corporate Letting Market. This is achieved through a highly energetic and enthusiastic approach to their client’s requirements, focusing on meeting and exceeding their expectations. They required a brand to match same.

INSIGHT

Their passion and expertise has allowed them to earn the trust of a Blue-Chip client base. Their portfolio boasts an extensive network of apartments in Dublin, with some of the most sought-after properties curated to meet their client’s every need.

IDEA

The development of the Adoor brand comes from the idea that travel for work should feel like being at home. The vision was to combine comfort and convenience in a home away from home. Whether it be for business or pleasure, the city is yours to explore during your stay. They have a door for each individual, that allows them to explore the city in their own time. The play on the word Door and Adore are both welcoming and modern, while being design led in it’s tone and value.
