In 2008, at a time when the property market was dead in Ireland, Space was the new name in property sales and lettings in Dublin. The company’s ‘can-do’ attitude differentiated itself from the more established conservative auctioneering firms. In 2011 this dynamic company formed a joint venture with Allsop UK to offer property auctions for distressed properties under the AllsopSpace brand. This auction brand has grown to become the most successful property auctions company in Ireland.

Recognising that the auction business was going to grow, Space management decided they required a new brand for their residential business as the Space brand was now associated with distressed property auctions.


The name Hunters was selected for the residential sales and letting side of the business. While a family name, Hunters allowed us to develop creative copy around the notion of ‘house hunting’. After two years, Hunters has grown to become the most progressive residential property company in South Dublin, with three high profile locations. The store in Dublin 4 is the most radical and engaging property retail space in the country, where customers are invited to drop in to browse property in the comfort of arm chairs. The brand design has a timeless quality, giving the impression that Hunters has been around for years…and it will be for years to come.
